Shipping Information

We ship across Canada, the USA and International with Canada Post from Midland, Ontario, Canada.

We ship orders every weekday, except statutory holidays.  We strive to ship out orders the same day that they are received.

Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (2 to 8 business days), and are insured up to $100.  All other destinations will be shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet.  Tracking numbers will be sent when your order is shipped.

Faster shipping times are available to choose from at checkout, for an additional fee.

For orders up to $175 before taxes, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

For orders $175 + before taxes, shipping is free - except for sale and heavy items.

Shipping cost of sale and heavy items (i.e. weaving looms) is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
